Ministry
We participate in the SOCIAL MISSION OF THE CATHOLIC CHURCH, which we see as embracing the many needs of society arising from social, religious, economic, environmental, cultural and civic conditions. By our prayerful presence and commitment to action, we wish to be in the heart of the world.
We try to choose ministries in which we:
- 5foster Christian faith, love and service
- 5promote life and reconciliation
- 5serve the poor, the oppressed and alienated
- 5alleviate suffering and work for the prevention of social evils
- 5proclaim gospel values to the world
- 5bring people to a greater awareness of the Holy Spirit
- 5affect the transformation of unjust systems and structures
- 5strengthen and promote the welfare of family life
